Main Features
1. Unrolling: Imported servomotor, the unrolling roller can lock and clutch pneumatically; the operation is quick and simple.
2. Rolling: Waving style and double working position; horizontal - feeding rolling, independently driven by double imported servo motor. Set and display tension and tension taper separately;
3. Independent rim charge rolling: roll the rim charge independently without using packing paper; increase the rolling stability and improve operation efficiency.
4. Control system: Synchronously driven by imported servomotor. For the whole machine, the speed precision is high; the tension is stable and the precision of rolled end face is high. Imported high-speed PLC which is used as the logic and calculating center of the whole machine ensures full digital control, high calculating speed, and high precision and reliable stability. The whole machine is controlled by human-machine interface color touch screen and the operation status of the equipment is showed by digital display; therefore, it is convenient for digital production management.
5. Tension control: With tension sensor and PLC closed loop control , it is possible to control constant tension, increasing tension, decreasing tension and non-linear taper rolling tension.
6. Precision: High precision deviation correcting system, control colsed loop by manual or automatic.
7. Cutting tool: with quickest replacement and adjusting mode; non-axis cutting tool box. Block-shaped shim, two-stage feeding adjusting device for cutting tool and fine adjustment for lateral movement without stopping operation, it ensures the best cutting angle of the cutting tool and the precision of the size of small rolls need to be cut, and greatly shortens the adjusting time. The cutting tool is 0.1mm in thickness. 5 sets of shims with the specifications specified by customers are provided.
8. Auto-stop: when rolling, automatically decelerate and stop according to the set length or diameter.
9. Pre-energizing system: energize by 0-900 V DC high voltage; adjustable voltage; protective auto start/stop; Safe and reliable.
10. Machine base: the firm side plate and base can greatly reduce the vibration; the whole machine has high speed and stability; with electrical device box and removable electrical device installation plate, it is convenient for check and maintenance. The appearance is good.
